HOW DO I GET STARTED?
You can start by contacting me. We will discuss your availability, needs, and schedule your first complimentary session. From there we can explore your interests, and create a plan to work together 1-3 times per week with sessions dedicated to you.
WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED?
You will need a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a blanket. For convenience I offer starter kits available for purchase, or you can get these items on your own. If you are scheduling your private yoga class in studio theses items are available for you at no additional charge.
WHEN ARE MY CLASSES?
Your personalized yoga sessions will typically take place on the same day and time each week, at a time that works perfectly for you. This continuity makes it easier for you to stay committed to the positive change you’re seeking.
I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, IS THIS FOR ME?
Yes! I love working with beginners.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
One of the many benefits of having a private yoga session is it’s dedicated to you. We will discuss your needs before we meet on the mat, to ensure you have the best possible experience.
